Through this fun and hands-on workshop designed for French teachers and developed in the framework of the exhibition Intimate Impressionism from the National Gallery, educators learn how to use graphic arts as a teaching tool. Master French teacher Bernard Gruas provides educators with essential pedagogical content knowledge, teaching methods and activities - applicable to all ages and levels - to improve students’ understanding of the French language, encourage oral expression through creative and entertaining activities and introduce students to the arts and French civilization. Participants acquire a variety of exciting tools they can use in their classroom!
